Heels are never my thing. Brogues, yes!


I love tough-looking shoes. By that, I mean shoes that are not too feminine and dainty-looking. Ever since I was a teen, running shoes and the occasional ankle boots were the cat's pajamas to my pretty boxy feet. They can't be tamed by gentle-looking trappings.

Brogues, without any clear reason except for how they appear, thrill my feet like no other. If I was a dude, I'd wear brogues, besides the oxfords. I'd owned a bunch of brogues to go with my dressiest of outfits and my most lounge-y of garbs. That's how fanatical I am when brogues are concerned. I even pestered my brother about updating his shoe selection with a pair of brogues and he laughed at my face after giving me a look only reserved for the loon. Alas, I should not be imposing my refined taste on someone who wears flip-flops in the rain (hehe, I love you bruv!).

Since I'm about to update my shoe selection, I've decided to share with you 3 types of brogue shoe styles I am currently mad about (Yes, there are all without the elevated thin heels because my feet like it flat).
